Well...I've got a story. Just recently my old college buddy has decided to take schooling to become a doctor. Much to my surprise. At his bachelor party we discussed it. In college he was a Chicago Democrat, but I always felt was more conservative then let on. He now professes to have serious issues with high taxation. He doesn't feel like he should be punished for working hard to be successful. He's at odds with another Democrat who's also an old time friend. That friend always uses the 'shame' or 'guilt' points to end every argument when he has run out of excuses for his confused political beliefs. You know what I'm talking about. I personally did battle with that liberal and he asked me if I think clothes, shelter, and food are human rights. Of course I said "No!", to his utmost disgust. I said Freedom is. Point being: My college buddy is older and has real world experience. Now he's becoming disillusioned by all the liberal fantasies of his youth. He also loves to watch Hannity much to my amazement. That's what I call turning the corner.
