I found another site that linked this back to infowars so THANK God it's not true!  I can't delete the post but maybe we should leave it out there in case it does come to fruitition  :p

Yeah, that's making its way around out there on the internets.  I myself posted it in the DUmp.  I don't care if it's not true.  It may as well be.
