Navy, AF, and Army Allowed to Play
« on: October 03, 2013, 07:36:34 AM »
I know there are a lot of football junkies here on CC. I am definitely not one of them. I could not care less about collegiate sports, professional sports, it's all shit right out of Rome's Coliseum.

The only difference is, Christian-slaying is reserved for the muzzies and they don't necessarily use a gridiron or lions.

This is completely stupid, IMHO. Either shut the ****ing thing down, or don't. Picking and choosing your favorite "essential" government function is nothing more than politics. And money.

Yeah, I know, the article says that the games are allowed because "The Defense Department is allowing the football games to be played because they don't require government funding, according to an Associated Press report. ESPN reported that the decision for the football games was made by Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel..."

Bullshit. I refuse to believe that. Service academies are funded by the government, and they're telling me that football games are not? Since when?

Odd thing is, the WWII Memorial is a 24/7/365 UNSTAFFED memorial and yet Barry and his thugs decide that the National Park Service (just another collection of Barry's goons and thugs) have to barricade the facility.

Now, someone go ahead and tell me that Barry and his goons haven't deliberately targeted facilities to create maximum public outrage against Congress.

Except that the outrage is directed toward Barry.

But back to the point -- we don't need ****ing football nearly as much as we need the Guard and Reserve to train.

And send that ****ing NPS goon back on furlough. We don't need her ass either.  :argh:
