I hope your right!....but with the kind of people that are being raised today, I have my doubts about them being capable of thinking about anything other then themselves, let alone something greater.

We have that luxury today because we are in fact the richest, most powerful nation on earth, thanks to the efforts of many generations of our ancestors.

This society, at this time, is the spoiled little brat child of a rich person, a trust fund baby if you will, that will piss away everything it has been given, and those who come after (if anything comes after) will have to start over again.  I don't think you'll see what we've seen in this country over the last half-century again anytime soon once the whole system shits the bed, because our kids/grandkids/etc will be too busy trying to rebuild this country, if in fact there's anything left to rebuild by that point.

HI5 my friend. You have summed up what I have been seeing and experiencing for some time. I was brought up Much different than a lot of my friends, all cause of my parents and grandparents lives. I see a lot of un-necessary pain for THE MAJORITY of folks coming due to the road we are on.
