This is just one of many stupid warning labels.

Not far from my house is a set of train tracks with a sign posted on it that says "Do not climb on this sign".  I LMAO every time I pass it thinking that some idiot actually climbed it and got hurt, thus prompting the RR (or DOT) to install the sign.

Wow. That's not obviously obvious or any... doh! Now I'm doing it.

"When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that your society is doomed."

I always thought the "caution hot" label on my cup of coffee was kind of stupid.
Let nothing trouble you,
Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing;
God never changes.
Patience attains all that it strives for.
He who has God lacks nothing:
God alone suffices.

Kid you not I read the directions on a commercial cleaning product.  It said that if you cannot understand English please do not use this product.  No other languages were shown on the label.
