If true and we all know Coach's rule, congrats to the DUche. If true he is taking responsibility for his life and truly moving forward.  I wish well on it's quest to be in better shape and happiness. My sincerest hope is that it stop reading and posting to the DUmp.

I was proud of my bruises before, usually when I got them at Karate. Especially the ones from my Black Belt test.

I got the most bruises during one of Gary Bailey's motocross schools.  Part of the course involved a trail ride thru dense, narrow, tight wooded areas.

That reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer brags about his skill at karate, routinely fighting off multiple attackers. Then it's discovered he's the only one in the class over ten years old.
