A 17-year-old has been arrested in connection to the recent cold-blooded murder of a 71-year-old man in Miami-Dade County, Fla.

Police say Jamal Jackson rode up beside Miguel Pilotos, 71, on a bicycle and fatally shot him in the head. Nothing was taken from the victim and the suspected killer reportedly cased the parking lot.
