Nutcase nadin Ignites Huge Putin Kerfunkle
« on: September 12, 2013, 04:57:01 PM »
Well, this is a kerfunkle of the first order. It starts with the crazy bald dwarf's admiration for Vlad Putin, and goes downhill from there. It's way too long to read the whole thing. Just pick out any section and you'll find tons of classic nadin:

What a remarkable piece of writing in Putin's Editorial at the NYT

This can be read in many ways, but undermining the Security Council indeed could lead to that. And the calls from many in the US to get out of the UN might no longer be seen as just mere posturing.

I just suffered a back to the future backlash. This is exactly the language used in the 1930s by multiple diplomatic corps as Germany started to arm itself. And the reference to the time the US and the USSR fought together to defeat the axis was all but accidental. This essay is directed at the US Government, but also directed at those who know history.

Again, this is a case that many of us have made here. So do not tell me that this is love of Putin. Anybody who understands the current global order gets that.

I would love to see an answer from POTUS in Isvestia, with a co-release in English at the WH. Let's have this in Russian.

Those of us who travel outside of US Borders get it. We have heard this more than once, and far more often than I care to think anymore. The US is seen as a brutish Empire who is striking when not getting it's way. So yes, I can assert with full confidence that this is the mood abroad.

The IDEALS of the US are still admired. The US itself, not so much.

I would quote more, but that would be a violation of IP, even if in this case, this should be treated as an official government document.

With the muslim's worshippers beginning to realize that Putin has made their messiah look like the fool he is, you can imagine they're not going to appreciate nutcase nadin's admiration for Vlad.

He was the guy who predicted ten meters of hailstones falling on Mexico City, an imminent war with North Korea, and the dangers of wind turbine blades flying up to a mile straight up in the air.

I believe he was also a "member of the press" at one point - but I could be mistaken.

57. I guess historical references all over that essay is flriting with it
then again, this is coming from the leader of a country that talks of that war not as a good war, but the Great Patriotic War, and a war where 20 million plus of their nationals were lost. That is a low count by the way. (And I will add the dead from the purges at both ends, which brings the count of dead in the course of a generation to a mind boggling 60-70 million)

It is also a country where people learn history. I have learned that my compatriots in the United States mostly have the memory of gnats. The first gulf war, is as distant as the cambrian period, let alone the good war, unless it is in the movies.

I will repeat this, memory of gnats.

I realize that most people should read that essay with a cliff notes to the formation of the UN, starting with the Yalta Conference, as well as another dealing with the interwar period. It is not my fault that I GOT THE BLOODY REFERENCES and what he is talking about.

I stopped doing dystopias. It is kind of hard to do dystopias when you read the news paper. Some of it I even write it.

And it is not that people are silly, they are just very ignorant and proud of it. I meant it when I said that most need to read that essay with at least a time line of events, with relevant quotes.

I find it interesting that the liberals who have preached the virtues of the Soviet Union and cried when the iron curtain fell are now the same liberals who are saying that Putin disgusts them (of the posters quoted in this thread, Cakegrrl, SidDithers, Summer Hathaway a/k/a the drunk Nancy Greggs, Sheepshank, DevonRex, geek tragedy, and zappaman are prime examples of USSR lovers from decades past). with serious thinkers, in the chattering classes.

this place stopped being one a while ago.

In fact, the reaction to this essay is the latest in a series of brush wars where DU is becoming increasingly divided.

Myself will continue to liberally use the Ignore feature on this site. I am done wasting my time. I will contend that it has become multiple sites residing in one server.

And if that means I miss the occasional pearl of wisdom so be it. But this, the cold war stopped a while ago. I do not intend to continue fighting the cold war. If you chose to do so, please proceed.

Oh and one more thing. I doubt I will miss too many pearls of wisdom, since quite a few on the ignore list. I will hazard the majority, are into pie throwing, not discussion, why they were put there to begin with. A few are also cyber stalkers, as in fitting the actual legal definition of the term, and cyber bullies.

Putin made the world stop and look at what a fool we have as president. That is a hanging offense at the DUmp.

Putin gave Obama a super wedgie. Then later that day gave him an atomic wedgie. Today he gave Obama an Hydrogen bomb wedgie. I can't wait to see how Vlad rubs 0's face in his ass tomorrow. Now to those that think this is bad because it diminishes America's role and stature in the world, I say FO. Obama was doing that all along and this classical pantsing of the wunder kid from shittown will slow his pace of ****ing up the USA.

It isn't America that is getting trashed, It's Obama. The only downside is what will a totally emasculated muslim faggot narcissist do when his panties are put over his head. That could be dangerous but since he is such a *****, I'm not that concerned.

Well, He doesn't have that pesky master's degree in history, does He?

No receding hairline, either. Though, to be fair to Nadin,  something has to go to make room for all her knowledge. You can't have your cake, and eat it too. (I know there's a joke in there somewhere.)

THANK YOU for what you do!

3. Oh that Putin, who jails journalists and LGBT - but who cares today? He writes so great!!!

Well, true, but surely there is something actually negative you could list...?

Ah, Nadin, Nadin...you are as close to right as it's possible for you to get, roughly like getting an arrow into the white ring at twenty yards after thirty tries, and much more grammatical than usual as well.  No wonder the DUmmtards are all screaming "Ick!"

For someone that supposedly stopped paying to have a star at DU the CBD certainly has a huge ignore list. bad enough that we have to suffer through her word salads but now she has to lie during her condescending posting.

If someone wanted to take the trouble, I bet you would find her responding to people she had previously said she had ploinked.  Given her narcissistic personality, I'm guessing she avidly reads every post to or about her good or bad.
