I think--someone correct me if I'm wrong--the Blue_in_AK primitive is the wife of the recently-mausoleumed ArcticDave primitive, who said that murdering servicemen isn't the same as murdering other people; that happened some time last week.

I'm not sure what it's medically called, but know it's considered a medical condition.

I finally figured out the CalPig's fetish for posting photographs of herself (she's posted hundreds).

She's subconsciously aware that five or ten minutes after she keels over, the primitives will forget who she is, or was.  This of course has since been borne out by how quickly the primitives forgot about the brain-damaged primitive, once one of the most popular primitives on Skins's island.

The primitives remember the brain-damaged one no more.

And so the CalPig primitive, in a desperate attempt to remain immortal, posts her mug all over the place, so as to ensure the primitives won't forget.

But they will anyway.

     I think, in the interest of kindness and fairness, it's worth pointing out that CalPeg cannot help her appearance, particularly as she grows older. While her endless pic-posting may be an effort to stave off mortality (at least on DU), it's probably also in some perverse way an admission of hers that she is, in fact, fugly. This is because any picture she posts on DU is met with an outpouring of encomia that recalls reactions to babies and the mentally challenged in its unanimity. She clearly doesn't take the praise to heart, because she will post a picture of herself at the drop of a hat.

     How to get her to stop? It will require one intrepid soul (almost certainly a mole) to point out that the empress, despite (mercifully) being fully clothed, is in fact as ugly as a hatful of rectums. That one voice of realism and sanity in the DU wilderness of Peggy-worship would probably be enough to slow her rate of self-promotion.
