execution and not a sham of a military trial. He gave up any "rights" when he chose to side with whoever he thought he was fighting for.

His victims should be treated as casualties of a combat operation with all the awards and financial benefits that go with it.

Not really, the party line, from Obama on down, was this was not an attack on our military by an Islamic radical, it wasn't even a terrorist action. Can't be having any of that, especially given Hussein's background in the run up to an election year.

No, it strictly had to be nothing more than a "workplace incident" to protect the "ONE", and Arctic had to go and remind them that the military was involved.

If you classify someone as an enemy combatant, you have to treat them as a EPW under Geneva-Hague, 'Summary execution' is right out.
