Hey Kids, Let's Play "Pay For That War!"
We're constantly being told that we can't afford shit when it comes to the well being of our citizens. We even have Democrats talking about how to cut some aspects of Social Security and Medicare.

We're told that there is no more meat and further cuts are into bone.

So, what do we have to give up so we can get our war on?

Suggestions?

What...WHAT?! Cut the social programs???? Oh the humanity!  :panic:
If I was a rich woman I would bet some serious $$$ I could find at least one idiot to propose taxing ONLY the wealthy...

9. A progressive War Tax on the 1% individuals & corps.

Before the war, there is the War Tax. Not born by the middle or working classes, who generally have to fight the damn things, but by the wealthy, whose kids will never be put at risk.
Every individual making over $1 million per year; every corporation with over $10 million in profits, to bear equally, on a quarterly basis, 100% of the actual costs of material and the estimated costs of future care of any veterans, as well as any planned "nation building" projects in the region.

FOUND IT. :yahoo:
we all know how taxing only the 1% fixes everything... I mean look at our blooming economy and all the FULL TIME jobs created every month!
Wait a minute...Sorry I was thinking about 10 years ago...when we had lower taxes.  :hammer:

As long as the Cowboy Poetry Festival is not in anyway cut at all, I'm good.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

I'm all for sending the multigenerational welfare recipients first since they voted for obinga and shifting that money to the DOD would be a better investment, in my opinion.

Next, we can send all of you newly minted, libtard chicken hawks that think wars are cool since it's your boy declaring them.  We can start by shipping your boy's daughters and Debbie Waterhead Schulz.

Anyone got anymore ideas?

A community may possess all the necessary moral qualifications, in so high a degree, as to be capable of self-government under the most adverse circumstances; while, on the other hand, another may be so sunk in ignorance and vice, as to be incapable of forming a conception of liberty, or of living, even when most favored by circumstances, under any other than an absolute and despotic government.
