Why increase the minimum wage ? Just take the money in the form of taxes or fees or whatever you want to call it, give it in the form of foodstamps, and cut out the middleman. While you're cutting out the middleman don't forget to take the government's cut of 75%. That's the average efficiency of a government agency, 25% to the end user.

Been wondering when the Blob of Bellevue was going to pop up. I was beginning to think he was unable to post from work with the new Mayor in office causing a stir up with the unions.

Why would DUmmies want fewer people on food stamps? I thought food stamps added almost $2 for every $1 of food stamps that was spent.
I guess they think their EBT card will have more if they can knock other people off of them.

It doesn't work in the long run, that's why. Though I suspect something will have to be done eventually with the Obama administration paying down debt by creating currency out of thin air. Eventually inflation is going to hit, followed by massive devaluation of the US Dollar. I figure Team Obama's goal is to bring the Dollar down to be on par with the Yen. (At the moment the trade value is give or take 10 Yen to 1 Dollar)
