That's IT! They have crossed the line! Just a few minutes ago...

Sis #1 & #2 just came up to me with the paperwork from my job that was in my backpack with how much I am really making.

And father says I now need to pay more to them since I am making $7.75 instead of $7.35. They said I need to learn I am not strong and I need them. They are thinking of 60% instead of 33% as discussed!

That is it! I put a request on Wishadoo to help with a ticket back to Tucson. At least there I can have buses, shelters (Joplin has 2, but one is only men and the other is full. No openings for 2 months they say) and less of being told I am a nothing, get use to it!

BOY! I should have known not to accept a Greek bearing gifts!

.....and now.....Skippy from New York City!!! (even though he lives in San Francisco):

I don't think they are nice people, I think they are abusing you.

I wish you weren't alone and outnumbered like this and I hope you can get out of there and on your feet soon.

4. It was my Mother that kept everything together

No she is gone, the family itself is gone.

All I need to save as much as I can before Oct. and get out of here!

I was already looking into the request anyway. They just made it way easier to do!

5. I am looking at a greyhound bus.

They have a depot here in Joplin.

I am looking at Oct. 5 as the departure. That way I can pay them the rest I owe them. put in a two week notice on Sept. 18 and go. Hopefully, if they don't smudge it for me, I will have some money for when I get there.

One hopes the ex-boyfriend knows about this in time to get away.

This stalkerette is having fits to get back to where the ex is.  It's obvious she can't stay away; otherwise, she would find a shelter closer to Joplin and wouldn't beg for bus fare from strangers.

If I was one of her relatives, I'd think about paying the $223 myself just to get rid of her. She's telling the truth about wishadoo:

I just want to get back home to Tucson AZ. I am in Joplin MO right now and all I want is a Greyhound Bus ticket back. I am in hopes to leave on Oct. 5th because that way I can have time to contact agencies that will help me when I get back there. I can also try and scrap some money for food on the trip and to help some when I get there.
Coming here to Missouri was a bad idea. I just want to get back to where things made sense.
The bus site says the tickets are cheaper when bought early but I don't know how it really works so I am looking at the Standard Fare price to give some idea of it. People can go to the greyhound site and put in Leaving: Joplin, MO
Arrival: Tucson, AZ SATURDAY, OCTOBER 05, 2013 to see more of what I am looking at.
I just want to go home.

I wonder where she's posting all this from???

I wonder how she feels about the IRS demanding Tea Party orgs divulge their reading lists and names of relatives.

So this lady wants to achieve her life long ambition and live in a woman's shelter?

I think that the panther and this hobo in waiting need to share the rubber room on a rotating basis.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

I haven't really been following this particular story, but from context I'm guessing that these sisters are providing her with food and/or housing...

If that be so, doesn't this exemplify the DUmmy attitude - providing for others and asking for a portion back = abusing them.

LFR is a total mess. Her saga is hard to follow even considering she's a DUmmie but she gives yet more info in this thread:

8. I wish I had a car back when I was fist homeless.

The tent was nice after the tornado, but when the second round of storms started, I think two or three days after the tornado, I wish I had something more.

And then when the fire hit the shelter I was in in Springfield MO, a car would have been nice to have for the stuff that happened there,

I also remember when my (ex) SO was in the VA hospital and I had to sleep behind this old abandoned building. All the shelters were full. The Monsoons started at that time. I was drowned!

But I did learn some better sleeping places after that. But a car would have been nice.

bobolink is dead now but she had a car.

This primitive disappointed a lot of people in 2011 when she aborted her attempt to walk from MO to Washington in the fall.  I think she owes it to us here at CC to make another attempt at hoofing it.

Hmm..$7.75 times 0bama-mandated 29 hours, times 4 weeks per month equals about $900 per month before SS, Medicare, state, federal, and city taxes. Maybe $700 per month net? So she's paying a third of that, $233 a month, for rent and food. From the looks of her, that's a hefty grocery bill. Yeah, that family is taking advantage of her.

She needs to look into hooking up with stevenumbers or Dennis the Menace. She could help DUmmy Dennis with that gigantic credit card bill, and stevenumbers is still dealing with that erection lasting more than four hours.

So the DUmass got caught lying to her family.  Tough noogies.  She only had one thing worth selling and it appears the expiration date on that has come due.

A couple of folks up-thread alluded to it.  Go give them one, too.
Thanks, by the way.
