And the SPLC wouldn't have published that report without conducting their own due diligence. Fire him. He's a dangerous, hateful bigot, a misogynist pig and a homophobe.

13. DHS has a pretty stringent background investigation, on par with defense/intel
They check into activities, associations, known associates, political activities, financial problems, drug problems, etc. with lots of character references. Its incredible that this fool would have slipped through.

why wouldn't you think a black man would feel the same way??? I am not condoning any violence. but if you target a race for violence from the time you have come in their presence, why wouldn't anyone think that there wouldn't be a black person who felt that way?? Well please be aware. There are some black people who will not take some things with a grain of salt and use civil disobedience. You cannot be violent to people and think they are all going to be non-violent. Look how long these crimes of hate have been perpetrated in America. This is not to justify the employee who is advocating violence. I am a firm believer that if you use violence you get violence. And I don't see why any one is scared. They have been hearing this kind of rhetoric for years. Only its been coming from the other side.

is to deny that some people do feel angry. All I am saying is racism works both ways. but if you have 300 years of blatant racist behavior, (and this is not all white people) why wouldn't you believe that there are some African Americans who are filled with the same type of attitudes as a KKK member or a Skinhead?? I am just saying this isn't your Brother Martin's Generation. I have heard this language before. There will be some who think I am justifying, NO, just stating what I know and see. Doesn't make it right. Silly fool here said he would burn our city down. Did he mean it??? I don't know. he said it in front of City Council and all Local news media.

Then no one will call what he does racist (and he can tell others his best buddy is white and have him drive him around, which will ensure that the crimes are not seen as racist).
A bored person who says he hates whites and wants to kill them certainly would not kill a white person if they were white because he was bored.
