Kris also inherited the "take no shit from anyone" from my wife and me. We told her to, "Treat people like you'd want to be treated." When she was transferred to another position at the HUGE pharma company for which she works it has its own ZIP code), some of the people who worked for her quit and went to other companies.

You have every reason to be proud CG.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

Thanks. She has had some problems, though. I won't go into things now.

Remember I told you my brothers are 71, 68, and 62. I was my parents' mid-life "whoops"!  :-)

I remember my dad saying many times when he and my mom found out she was pregnant again in her mid forties (he was almost fifty), "Eleanor if this one isn't a girl this time, I'm putting him in a sack and throwing him into the Delaware River!" He was kidding -- I think!

Dianne's family reunion in Springville, NY, July 2012. She's the first one kneeling on the left. From her cousin Jake (age 92) to infants. All of the attendees are not in the pic. The reunions used to be MUCH bigger events held in wooded parks with creeks flowing through them, or at her brother's farm, but a lot of folks have passed on.

This pic's a little more inclusive of everyone at a previous reunion. Her loving mom Anna (died in 1990) and loving, crazy aunt Isabelle (died in 1989) are in the front row, 3rd from the left and 5th from the left.

The Rich Township High School Class of 1982 reunion will be held this year, near us. All of those girls in the photo were either on the softball team I coached (Kris had a .837 batting average) or on different teams in the same league.

Our kids went to the same high school that I did, with some of the same teachers! Geeeeez!!!!!!!  (Sadly, they're all dead now.... Some were so-so, some were GREAT. I had some GREAT teachers there, and before that, too!)

Kirk and Val graduated 2 years later.
