the resolution you cited has been put in by that same turd Serrano at every Congress since the turd was elected to office.

It goes nowhere -- dies in committee, or wherever really stupid "resolutions" like that go to die.

This would be the ONE THING which - I think - would call off all bets and aspirations toward civility in the country.  It would also make Obama a marked man; one who would have to be looking over his shoulder for the remainder of his brief, miserable life.

And then the country as a whole goes batshit crazy on itself...
