Hamtramck is a fairly small enclave surrounded by the city of Detroit, but it's its own city, own police force, fire, etc.

Gangbangers looking for an easy target must've gotten off track and stumbled on an example of a city that believes in firearms and protecting your property and business.  :whatever:
