A paralyzed Arkansas man had one of his testicles eaten by his pet dog while he was asleep.

At 7:45 a.m. Monday, the unnamed 39-year-old Trumann man said he was awakened by a "burning pain" and realized his blood-covered dog had eaten one of his testicles, the police report said.
