Rt 1 , Portsmouth, has at least 4 different businesses going up. two new banks, a movie theatre, a big super Rite Aide, the New Goodwill, A Memory for aging., another building not sure(another veteran office (mebbe?), McKinnons is expanding.. unbelievable, though it is great, that 1 section is becoming very congested I noticed..

Movies are good. My town does not have a movie theatre and you have to drive about an hour to see one.

Yes , I am kinda excited as it is only 2 miles or so away!! However Regal at the mall are going to be pissed, because they will lose business, big time!!

Is there enough traffic to support both movie theaters?

We had a small theater in my town for a while that had first run movies, but they only had one screen and they played the same movie for a few weeks. A casino used part of their bingo parlor for it. I think they found out they made more money off Bingo. I seen a few movies there, I thought it was satisfactory. The same casino has a hotel, my friend Badcat has stayed there a few times.
