Yeah....I got notice about it earlier today on the FB page our Board of Realty has.
Supposedly it's going to have an effect on how Realtors show houses. Reading it though, it seemed to me, that it's counter to the current Fair Housing Laws. Those laws that if we get caught breaking them, we can go from being reprimanded to losing our license, depending on circumstances.
I was contemplating going back to active selling....think I will just stick with my reports...
