Your opinion please.
Advertisements [?]I believe that I've said before in this forum, that I don't trust either Obama or Senator Clinton. Obama seems to have some sort of secret agenda going on.

What say the insightful types? Especially about Obama. Metaphor is perfectly acceptable as an answer...

1. Can you articulate why
 you don't trust either one?

I personally don't get any impression of a secret agenda on Obama's part, but I've never met the man, probably never will, and certainly have no special insight into him.

It's perfectly possible for someone to just "rub you the wrong way", even if there's nothing going on other than your dislike. I'm not trying to suggest that either Obama or Clinton are perfect, or that there's anything at all wrong with you to feel this way. But think of other people in your life, especially those you have an irrational dislike of, but are well thought of by others. These kinds of things happen. These kind of negative responses are real, especially to you, but do not necessarily mean anything profound.

Of course, I could be the one who's completely wacko here, and your instincts are right. Nonetheless, please remain open to a completely neutral explanation.

2. I originally did not support either of them
I just did not have a good feeling about Clinton. As for Obama, and to your question, I think he is a blank page in the book of the US, and we, as a People, can fill it, together...if we don't, the same old establishments will.In a strange way, I think this, perhaps is part of our mission - of We the People.
That is probably the closest to insightful that the Astro forum will ever get.

3. As An empath ...
...I get good vibes from Senator Obama tho I am not sure if this is my "radar" or because I just like him. I saw him before he ran for president here in Seattle and I felt an upbeat yet laid back person who appreciated life. Even though at that time he was far from proclaiming his intentions, I did think he was feeling us out as to his chances, though he was not obvious that that was his agenda. There is something about him that vibrates positive things and I do believe he is a good man ~ which is saying something for someone who has gotten as far in politics as he has, most people have gotten there through heartless and dirty routes. My impressions at the time were of a man who was very unlike Bill Clinton who had boyhood aims of becoming president. I suspect Mr Obama did not have those initial boyhood ambitions, he did not dream he would make it as far as he has, yet from life's experience he knew that he could do more than he thought he could, if that makes any sense. While that is not to say he is pure as the driven snow and has had to do some things to get ahead he may not have liked to do, I think for the most part he is good and has done more good things than bad things.

However I am listening to your impressions as well because they may have merit. I have learned as an empath I often sympathize with the person deeply because I am inside their head and heart and see things from their perspective, so my impressions are "tainted" with their personal side of things.

Hope this helps

I'm surprized it lasted that long
My fellow Americans, there is nothing audacious about hope. Hope is what makes people buy lottery tickets instead of paying the bills. Hope is for the old gals feeding the slots in Atlantic City. It destroys the inner-city kid who quits school because he hopes he'll be a world-famous recording artist.

What's the difference between Sarah Palin and Barack Obama?

One is a well turned-out, good-looking, and let's be honest, pretty sexy piece of eye-candy.

The other kills her own food.

He does have a secret agenda,............... change.............and WE DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS.
“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”
