I hope all that settles down and your family members who are ill heal up nicely, Jeff.

Granddaughter's doing well and has been released. Surgery for a spiral fracture in her wrist. Last year at the same exact time it was for an emergency appendectomy, and in the year previous to that it was for a damaged knee. But she's now found a guy with whom she gets along, including his family.

Daughter will be released tomorrow, after my wife and her hubby meet with her and her psychiatrist. She has evere job-related stress and is unable to sleep. She took on about 5 different projects for her underlings, and although we told her to back off, she did not (stubborn like her parents), and ended up being off work for 5 months now. The world famous company, which has its own ZIP code in Illinois, knows of these problems (there are about 12 others with the same problems) but has done nothing to alleviate them.

Supposed to be 86^o, humid, thunderstorms (thorms) for this week.

Put up our camper to check things out. All is well, and the A/C works great!

I'll definitely be cool today, since I'm confined to the house. I had to take some Lactulose, which gives me the trots for most of the day. I have an genetic liver problem that allows ammonia to build up in my system, which will make me hallucinate and bounce off the walls just trying to walk. The Lactulose rids my body of the ammonia through diarrhea. I'm supposed to take it every other day, but I also have a life to live, and my doctor agrees that I shouldn't be housebound every other day, so she says to take it when I can stay home.

It sure is fun getting older......

I also have over 50 photos of our Legion picnic to go through and make a book for everyone to see them. There are a few of them that people said they want copies of, so that'll keep me busy, too.

After 5,000 posts I promised some topics, and made some other promises. As I remember, I kept them all.
Not long after my first post it was insinuated that I was a mole, and a lib, maybe both.
Anyone willing to discuss how their perception of me has changed, if at all over the last 10,000 posts ?
What's next, well running over CG, which will be a piece of cake, but after that I'm open for suggestions.
