I always thought that RWNJs were projecting Bush's shortcomings onto Obama. I've never known him to be unable to make sense when making off the cuff statements or deliver speeches poorly without a TelePrompTer

My favorite excuse that the pigressives and the media (BIRM) would make about 0bama off prompter and all the eeerrrrrs, ahhhhs, and ummms was that it was a sign of super intelligence. That his brains was just working so fast or conversely he was really weighing each word for effect.
