“Because of the death threats being received by George Zimmerman and his parents, is the president going to take any action for their security or are they on their own?” the intern, Gabe Finger, asked.

Carney at first humored the high school student, referring him to local law enforcement in Florida. Carney said he had not heard of the reports about death threats against Zimmerman and his family.

“So they’re on their own?” Finger pressed.


“You can editorialize all you want and I have no doubt that you will, but that is a ridiculous statement,” an annoyed Carney shot back.

He's not aware of any death threats towards the cracker family, but if the Martin family was getting them, I bet he would know all about it.

That's because none of the WH press corps has the balls to ever ask a bottom line question, they always let go of the thread before painting the spokesman or Administration official into an actual corner, so they won't endanger their own 'Access' (Or nowadays, have their phone and their family's phones tapped under a secret warrant).  People who aren't members of that inbred little reporters' club fortunately are not bound by such self-imposed limits.

 :-) :-) :-), Don't it beat all when a youngster speaks the obvious.  

Adults have 20-30 + years to learn what is proper and what is not.   Kids with ought the years of training speak the obvious and very often embarrasses their parents.   Mommy Aunt Ethel looks like a turkey, down to Mommy, Uncle Henry keeps patting my butt-----Loud and clear.

So kids are taught to keep their mouths shut and even when they are in High School, told not to question their teachers or any authority figure, down to anyone 10 years older then Them.

I like the spunk this young man has,  Kind of reminds me of the Harper Valley PTA.

The question wasn't entirely out of line.

There would be fewer death threats if the jug-eared muslim hadn't inflamed emotions.

His comment that if he wasn't gay poor innocent li'l Trayvon could be his son was uncalled for.

If the muslim weren't gay, a lot of hoodrats could be his son.
