WASHINGTON — George Zimmerman is unlikely to face federal charges for killing black teenager Trayvon Martin because it would be difficult to prove he acted out of racial bias, Justice Department officials said Tuesday. . . .

But a successful federal prosecution of Zimmerman would require clear evidence that he set out to attack the unarmed Martin because he was black.
Although that is exactly what many Americans see in the fatal shooting of the 17-year-old, it can be very hard to prove in court, legal experts said. So far, prosecutors have not shown evidence that Zimmerman acted out of racial bias.

"I'd be very, very surprised if we took it," said one federal civil rights prosecutor, speaking anonymously because no decision had been made. "It's a very tough, tough case to sell" because of the lack of witnesses.

"The difficult element would be proving racial motivation beyond a reasonable doubt," said University of Michigan law professor Samuel Bagenstos, a former civil rights attorney in the Obama administration. "In most of these cases, you have someone who had made racial statements or you have a group who goes looking to attack a person based on their race."

This makes sense to me that Eric Holder may not give "justice" for Trayvon.
If you think about it, with the Zimmerman acquittal stirring the pot,  all the low information voters are all worried that white hispanics will be using 0bama sons for target practice, Benghazi, the IRS, the NSA and all the other scandals are way off the radar. Plus as an added bonus it is one more reason to disarm all us creepy ass crackers.

If I remember right, when the shooting was first being investigated, the cop who questioned Zimmerman said he didn't demonstrate any signs of racism or other malice.

Maybe they should be opening the investigation instead against all the justice for trayvon shitheads targeting white and Hispanic people...but why actually address REAL profiling and bias...

Was Snowden right after all?  Has it become impossible in this country to actually receive a fair trial if it goes against the administration's interests?  Are enough people going to look at this and feel outrage so there's no hope of it going any further after the 2016 election cycle?

This is really starting to make me nervous.

Unless George was a fortune teller and had spent years working on his alibi, I would say no means to prove racism.

1. George volunteer tutored black children for years prior.

2. George worked to get something done about an attack on a black homeless person.

3. George is just as black as 0bama is.

Obama and Holder knows damn well there is absolutely NO case, and will never actually file.

That said, they are using this debacle to ADVANCE the Obama agenda in many ways. Most notably is the fact that all the scandals are ignored, even by conservatives. In addition, Obama has rammed through en Executive Order that raised carbon taxes for coal well over their profitability, effectively killing the industry just as promised. Name one MSM outlet that even reported that.

In addition, the senate Nuclear Filibuster argument was conceded, and Obama is able to get all his Alinsky-level socialist friends nominated and confirmed without argument. This was another cave-in by the RINO-progressives in the republican party. (From now on, I don't use the term "RINO" without being attached to "Progressive" as their actions are more similar than RINO's with conservatives.)

This tragedy also gives the Obama media a built-in, long-running "crisis" to work with, where they will be able to come out with many stories that will denigrate conservatives.

The LAST thing Obama wants to do is to calm the populace, for he needs the media to divert attention from him. WATCH OBAMA AND CONGRESS CLOSELY DURING THIS TIME!
