Amoral is the exact term. He's not immoral (ignores standards), he's amoral (never even knows right from wrong.
I don't give owebuma the benefit of the doubt on anything anymore.
Power is the only thing that really matters to this president; nevertheless, he thinks he's on the side of right. Make no mistake about it. Read his books and you'll see that. With this administration, we are well beyond the point of simply allowing for its lack of intellectual and moral maturity. It's utterly depraved.
In other words, in my opinion, I think you're both right. Obama thinks he knows the difference between right and wrong, but doesn't. He despises the ethos of America's founding and it's socio-political heritage, yet he knows that he must use the rhetoric of misdirection in the foreground and the power of executive order in the background. The ends justifies the means.
I loath this presidency.
