Fishers man accused of bestiality, child exploitation

A 21-year-old Fishers man accused of bestiality also was coercing his 4-month-old daughter’s mother to engage in a sexual act with him and the infant, Lt. Cameron Ellison of the Fishers Police Department told the Indianapolis Star.

Luke Pruitt was arrested last week after police found sexually explicit photos in his computer. An investigation began after a family member tipped the Hamilton County Metro Child Exploitation Task Force that Pruitt was committing suspicious acts through his computer. Police found images of him engaged in a sexual act with a dog, Ellison said.

Tell me one more time why we don't need the death penalty

Horrifying part of all this is when he does get out of jail on what ever he is charged with, as the father of that baby he can demand visitation rights and over night visits.

If some whacked out pedophile Judge gives him co parenting rights, and the mother takes the child and runs, she can when caught be put in jail for kidnapping and serve more time then he did for buggering his dog.

Sorry Gina but it does happen.   Courts now allow the rapists in prison to demand they get visitation from the children born from the rape.    

If the mother of a child born of rape from a complete stranger does not head out for the morning after pill or opts to have the baby, identifies the monster and he goes away, he can by law demand to see and interact with the child while in prison and when he gets out.

Gina this is serious here, I have a distant relative who was date raped and terrorized for months before she at 15 finally came forward.    The older male at 20 disappeared soon after she had her baby, the baby is 10 now and the mother lives in fear he will show up at her door and demand to see his daughter.   She cannot legally refuse him and if his daughter refuses to see him he can by right get a court order, send the sheriff to the  house and forceably remove her to the biological father.  

I kid you not, Shit happens to the most unlikely people.  I am not sick from this I am Angry this is allowed to happen, but outside of not breaking the law myself, what are we to do ????
