Since it is fairly obvious to most sane people that Zimmerman is being rail roaded and it's good odds he'll walk, the DUmp is now grasping at straws to support their twisted view on the world and thus- on this case:

A he said Zim said battle would have fed that high for months, knowing he had the upper hand because all black teens are guilty of something.

he was laying on it and also had Trayvon's straddling him? Especially if he claims Trayvon was pummeling him. That would mean both Zimmerman's and Trayvon's weight were combined. Someone should try re-enacting that to show how Zimmerman was able to get the gun and have it perfectly placed in his hand so all he had to do was pull the trigger.

The riots when Zimmerman walks will be epic.

Apparently the judge is demanding Zimmerman answer her as to whether or not he wishes to testify. I'm curious as to why in the hell she would demand this so strenuously over the objections of Z's attorney. It sounds like a good grounds for a 5th Amendment appeal if there is a conviction.

The Proglodytes, however, are lapping it up.

I was wondering about that judge. Now I am no lawyer here and did not stay at a holiday inn last nite...but I could see some appeals based on some of the judges rulings. Makes one wonder. I guess it could be the judge is making sure that if convicted, he has grounds for appeal. Think about it... in 2 years it will be old news and if he gets off, then no riots.   :tinfoil2: :tinfoil2: :tinfoil2:

I'm not sure that the DUmmie really has thought through the "gun was behind his hip" idea. I would think that a gun that is holstered just behind one's hip would actually be easier to get to if one was straddled.

The jury selection procedure pretty much assured they would be dimwits. Their fear remains to be seen.

The prosecutors played the tape of George Zimmerman being interviewed by the detectives.  The tape paints him in a sympathetic light with detectives who celarly think that Zimmerman's actions were those of a reasonable person defending themselves from an attack.  The tape could not be cross-examined.  Why would the defense put Zimmerman on the stand after that.
