The judge told the jury that they can rule on man slaughter.

I'm willing to bet that is what the jury convicts him with.

I wonder if the DOJ will go after the jurors too, if they let Zimmerman off.

I think the local police chief got fired. Not sure about anyone else. Just ran across that link on Drudge this morning.

Sounds to me like if Zimmerman is convicted he has several ready made appeals. If convicted I expect the judge to pronounce sentence immediately.

Sounds to me like if Zimmerman is convicted he has several ready made appeals. If convicted I expect the judge to pronounce sentence immediately.

The detective that conducted the original investigation (name escapes me) & turned wouldn't charge Zimmerman was demoted to patrolman.
Edit: Also, the Chief Prosecuter was given the choice of quitting or demote to office boy and none of the lawyers from his office were used on this case.
