Jay Leno makes racist joke against Obama

On Thursday night, future former Tonight Show host and National Treasure Jay Leno took on the roiling NSA data collection story with the wit and sophistication his fans have come to expect. During his monologue, Leno joked that the saddest part of the story is that “it turns out 90% of phone calls Americans make are to order a a pizza,” and followed that bon mot with the observation that “When I was growing up, I was, we were afraid of Big Brother watching us. Now with Obama, we actually have a brother watching us!”

Get it? Because he’s black!

I'm not fan of Leno, but I don't even see how this can be considered racist.  :???:

2. That's what you consider racist?

Really?

Leno is a general douche but that is not racist.

5. If Obama wasn't black, would the "joke" have been the same?

No. Leno said it because Obama is black.

That to me is racist.

Oh piss off, any criticism of Obama to you HAS to be racist.  :whatever:

It's coming and if you were not hoarding ammo....
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Obama is NOT a black man , his mother was white and in many cultures the linage goes through the MOTHER.      Just because he has his fathers ,who ever that would be, skin color, His Mother was white.

His known grandmother and her grandmother were white.   He gives them no dignity or real respect,

He chooses to identify as a black, but he in fact is not. He identifies with his so called father or step father as is done in the Muslim world as the Mothers genes are of no consequence.

Obama is a half breed, half black, half white and I do not trust either sides of him. Raised over seas to his teenage years as a black, then raised in a white house hold for a few years, no wonder he has little idea of who or what he is.  ----Convenient that  his direct family in America  died before they could write books of their memory's of his upbringing.

He sure as heck has no idea of what America is all about, our laws and traditions.   no loyalty to America, he was not raised to be so.

Perhaps he is a bell weather for the future to vet all our leaders and try to recover from this unfortunate 8 years in our history.

Being a conservative is racist.
Membership in a Tea Party is racist.
Not supporting Obamacare is racist.
Disagreeing with Lord Obama on anything is racist.
For the last 5 years, everything at some point has been labeled racist.

Is it any wonder I no longer care about the accusation? "Racist" means nothing...not anymore.

Senator Byrd was a real racist-a member of the Klu Klux Klan. But he voted with democrats, so he's not racist.

I don't think even the Congressional Black Caucus even knows what the term means anymore.

I defy anyone to watch one of those Tonight Show retrospectives on DVD and not laugh their ass off.

Not only was Carson a good host who respected his guests, he was a comic genius with impeccable timing.

By contrast look at David Letterman who is rude, arrogant, and treats a lot of his guests like shit. Is it any wonder he's a favorite among DUmmies?

I call a black friend of mine 'Brother', that is, however, because he's a Dominican Friar - after he's Ordained Priest I'll start to call him 'Father'...is that racist of me too?

Archie Bunker comes to mind. I can just see him telling Gloria "Well little girl... would you like Leno to call him the N word instead?"   :fuelfire: :fuelfire:

 :-)

And no I ain't racist dummie. Not in the least.

Sorry dummie. It was a damned joke. If Leno would have called Bush a monkey or whitey or whitebread or cracker you would have laughed your ass off. We both know it's true. Me? I don't care what race obumbles is. He is a nanny state communist asshole in my opinion. I hate what his worthless ass is doing to this country. Does that make me racist? If so, I don't care!!!! Call me racist until you turn blue in the face and know what? I DON"T CARE!!!! Your opinion of me means nothing to me you worthless loser.

Just as an aside dummie... when a liberal dem such as obumbles loses hollywood and they start poking fun at him, his admin is in serious trouble.

Thanks for the clarification - I should have known better, but occasionally something happens and I try to apply logic and reason to the leftists.

Don't even bother. I've learned its a waste of resources to try, and I feel that I get dumber every time I have attempted to do so in the past. The dissonance from the left is so contorted and confounding, that a few brain cells burn out every time I attempt to rationalize their behavior.

All of this will become apparent after I publish my list of banned words, including all words that are secretly "dog whistles".
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.
