DUmmies cancelling Verizon service in droves

I just cancelled my Verizon cell phone.

My contract had already expired months ago, so I was on month to month.

I told the dude I wasn't into having all my calls monitored, so bye-bye mofos.

Verizon sucks. Obama sucks. The government sucks. Hell, damn near everything sucks.

I'm so over it.

2. Now you're going to have to quit everything except maintaining your off-grid wood shack in Montana.

Good luck!
What will Verizon ever do without a couple thousand DUmmies! :ohnoes:

I have Verizon, and don't plan to leave them. I'm going to a pre-pay plan, but it will be with Verizon service. If the DUmmies think Verizon is the ONLY cell phone company to hand records over, I have a seaside mansion in Arizona to sell them.

I've had Verizon service for over a decade and have had nothing but good interaction with them.

While I don't like the slippery slope of this, I don't do anything wrong with my phone or otherwise.  So I really don't care...

They aren't cancelling their plans.  That costs $350 or so.  Also, I didn't know the Obama Phone program used Verizon as their carrier.........

Morons.  They think that just because Verizon admitted to doing it, that means the other carriers don't.

It's not fascism when a half black democrat president does it. By it, I mean anything.

The best part of having a republican president is that the media does its job. I think it is an important job to keep government under control when a d or an R is in power. The DUchebags do not and that is why they are they are such useful IDIOTS.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

^^

I hardly use the phone at all, but I don't like the slippery slope of this either.  I love to see the DUmmies discombobulated though.

I don't necessarily blame Verizon for this.  They've bent to government pressure, as has Google, Yahoo, and who knows who else.  Now granted, the amount of pressure might have varied somewhat, but make no mistake, they're operating under the same Chicago thuggery playbook as the rest of us.

That being said, while I'm pissed this is going on, I'm not cancelling my service with anyone just yet.  Could be just going from one tap to another.  Gee, what a surprise.

My thoughts too.  Verizon is the only one we know about.....so far.

My yahoo e-mail account is full of spam mail.  My Gmail (google) account is full of bills.  If someone wants to read the spam e-mail on Yahoo and pay my bills, go for it.  I'm kind of lame and don't really e-mail people.  My phone calls are never interesting.  Text messages can be amusing sometimes, but no real details in there.  My work e-mails are actually the funniest things ever, but I don't think the government tracks those.  I'm not sure why the government really wants to "data mine" all of our stuff.
