Thanks for your input, grasshopper. Things would be so much clearer if nadin, her press pass, and her good rig were there.

2. That always happens.

I would have asked technical questions from the chief on USAR and procedures. When a local man fell into the well at Potrero I asked about atmosphere and sniffers, proper question here. This is not speculating, but proper questions.
 
Too early to know what went wrong...my educated guess, after all rescue opps cease, the initial thesis will take 72 hours. A final report six months. And woe to the construction company if somebody dies? I sure hope they got good insurance.

Interesting reporting on a situation in Philly while the Great Nads is in California.  She must have super duper fly over viewing skills.  Another skill to add to her resume.    :rotf:

Old buildings ?

Construction without proper permits ? There is an old tale that a $50 bill is all the permit you need in Philly, maybe it's much more than that now.

Up here in New Hampshire I have only the PC and TV to have any idea what happened in Pa.

Now I wait for the cover up to start.    On the TV the mayor looked like a cornered rat,  Some dude had to keep stepping in to answer  questions that he could or would not answer.


This will all be excused due to bad paper work, the records of the Contractors or a member of his family donations to the Mayors war chest will disappear and all will go on as usual.

Yes the Contractor will get a huge fine but he cannot pay it as he is in the middle of a bankruptcy 
problem.
