Ummm, DUmbasses? He is not a she, no matter what you think. He is a male that mutilated himself in a failed attempt to turn into a she. Chromosomes do not change because you chop your privates off. I think it is still up in the air. 

Soon, though, you can expect that it will go the trannies' way.  After which females born that way will be done in all sports except basketball (which I think is already 100% trannies) and beach volleyball (yeah, like anyone cares who wins).
