As a general rule, whatever the media reports as "oil company profits", multiply it by 2.5 to get what "governmental taxes" were levied on those "oil company profits", then add the 2 together to get the "total buttf***ing" the consumer took when he filled up.

I'm not sure that would work now DD. Way too many people get more from the IRS than they ever paid thanks to EIC and the like.
