In the 1920's, the doctor finally arrives at a remote house to deliver a baby. Finding no one else there except the pregnant mother and her 6 year old son, he asks the mother if the boy will be of help and follow directions and he is glad to hear the little guy will. To the doctors delight, the 6 year old follow directions to the letter and was a help, but as the doctor took the baby out and held the baby up and slapped it's rear to get it breathing, the little boy looked wide eyed, but told Dr. 'slap it again'. The doc looked at him and ask why? To that the little boy said.....
