It is really quite simple. One divide every group in America against each other based on race, sexual orientation, green leaning policies and sex. Two increase all amounts and every type of government to be larger and more obtrusive. Three when government rules and regulations create a problem propose more governBment.
When there is an obvious problem with ever increasing government, borrowing and regulation:
Blame bush
Blame republicans
Blame the tea party.
When this does not work propose a investigation to get to the bottom of it. When the obvious failure of investigation occours say it was a long time ago.......
Continue the party with tiger , jz and beyonce......... rinse repeat and blame racisim.......
