He not only discussed it with his staff, he signed the search warrant himself.

Now this;

Holder Went Judge Shopping To Obtain Fox News Subpoena

The most interesting aspect of AG Holder's judge shopping is the complaint itself; did they 'ante up' the charges to the to get judge#3 to issue?

Probably a lot simpler than that. $5K might be enough to convince a leftie judge anyway to throw in with Holder. Random serial numbers, used and small bills, of course.

But,  the AP, CNN, NYT, FOX and Huffpo said they won't meet with him.  Politico and the Washington ComPost said they would.

Barry is waiting to see what else breaks in the news before shitcannning Holder.  He'd hate to use such a high profile cabinet member for just 1 or 2 scandals.  Who knows, maybe they can pin Benghazi on him, too.
