I think it's a dirty rotten democrat trick. They move the criminals out of the blue shitholes into the nice neighborhoods that people have worked hard for to get away from the scum of the earth. I also see as an attempt by the democrats to swing more conservative districts into blue democrat districts. Also by spreading the crime out over a larger unincorporated area, it makes the city's crime rate appear to be decreasing therefore less reason for you to own a weapon.
