She complained that a pair of caged Givenchy heels had hurt her swollen feet just last week.

And despite being heavily pregnant, Kim Kardashian's love for high heels cannot be tamed.

The stiletto-loving reality star tottered out in a pair of sky-high perspex high heels on Thursday, and while she showed little pain in her face, her feet did all of the talking.

The 32-year-old's feet were so swollen that she barely managed to squeeze them into the footwear.
Puffy, her ankles were also clearly suffering, even appearing severely pinched in the stylish shoes.

Ouch! Puffy, her ankles and feet were clearly suffering, even appearing severely pinched in the stylish shoes.

But Kim was keen to power on, strutting around while wearing another item of clothing that was very tight.

OUCH!!! Call a bambulance!!!!

She's an idiot.  Prego women shouldn't be wearing heels to begin with.  Swelling feet can be somewhat normal, but they can also be a sign of a dangerous condition that can develop later in a pregnancy.

Disgusting.  This doesn't surprise me though.  Just a couple of weeks ago, I saw a picture of her dressed as a couch from my grandma's house.

Yuck.  On both the shoes and the tight clothes.

I really wish pregnant women would go back to wearing looser clothing.  I don't like the new styles.  I have two women in my department who are currently pregnant.  One thinks she's spiffy in the "sprayed-on" look.  The other hates it, but is finding it difficult to find alternatives.

That's just ridiculous. Dumb ass. I would just wear the workout outfits all the time and something more tasteful with flat shoes when I have engagements out. Wear long skirts or pant suits if you can't hack not having on a heel so they hide your shoewear better. What a maroon!

You know the singer Pink was pregnant not so long ago and most of the time she was in long dresses and comfortable shirts and more often then not FLAT sandals. The tightest thing I think I saw her wear were workout clothes and coverups on the beach and a time or two, judging by her preferred dress, that a producer or something dressed her up for something and you could tell the discomfort on her face.

What ridiculous woman doesn't want to be comfortable when she's pregnant. Kim K is a moron all around both in her choice of men(baby daddy) and persona.

Gross!  Does she think that's somehow hot?

I don't like the clingy maternity wear, either.  What happened to dignified clothes for when you're expecting?

I went shoe shopping last week, for dress shoes for work.  Stopped in at JCP, and all they had were 1) sandals suitable for the beach, and 2) 6 inch high **** me pumps.  Nothing doing.  I needed a pair of comfortable, dignified pumps appropriate for accounting, not the pole.  What is wrong with their buyers?

Karin, This darn fool is cruising for a bruising in those shoes.  Where is her doctor and why not explain the risks of having swollen feet at any time in ones life much less pregnant.

The risk to her baby from having her twist an ankle or fall down steps are worse then if she smoked and drank.   She is going to make a real good mother I see.  Once born I wonder how long the baby will last after she drops it on his/her head because she dropped it while falling herself?

:rotf:

I used to hear that phrase all the time as a kid!

Hopefully, she will pay attention to all the comments that have been made for how dangerous it is for her to wear shoes like that. Not only the swelling being dangerous, but also to put her body a precarious balancing position. It would be so easy to trip in those shoes, non pregnant, let alone so pregnant you can't see your feet. The damage she could do to the baby if she fell on her stomach.... so stupid.
