Primitive sees dead people in cable transmission interruption (from Ganymede?)

The richochet primitive, who apparently had a close friend or relative pass, manages to spot their deceased friend's Uranus passing between the deceased's sun and moon, which somehow interrupted their cable television feed.  Or something like that.

I'm not a fan of sci-fi, but the first thing this made me think of was a novel I stumbled upon when I was researching Buddy Holly:  Buddy Holly Is Alive and Well on Ganymede.  Perhaps the richochet primitive is really Oliver Vale?

Kate has passed

From her dear friend Nance:

Hello dear family. Our dear sweet Kate ascended into the Light at 2:20 AM this morning. Brad was by her side.

At 2 AM her body became very agitated and her moans grew louder. The nurse had just left her room when Brad took her hand to comfort her. Suddenly her moans stopped and her breathing changed. Brad felt her spirit lift out of her body and just before her small last breath she said, "Bye. Bye. Bye."

At that moment in my home over a thousand miles away I had taken a break from the vigil and was watching the news. I heard a popping sound and the tv screen went black. Shortly these words appeared on the screen: "Weak signal. No Signal. Transmission will resume after reboot." These were words I had never seen when the cable would go out in the past.

Was it Kate? I sat down to send Light. Three minutes later the phone rang. It was Brad.

We might think that a great Light has left the earth. But in reality that Light remains within the hearts of every person Kate ever met. She was a teacher and healer. She transformed all that she touched with her Light and Love and her Wisdom. She was a Master Being walking this earth in service of the Divine Plan. She walked the Beauty Walk here on Earth to show us the way. She is not gone. She has changed Cosmic Address.


Please pray for her soul and for Brad, her brothers and her friends. Please give thanks for having known her.


My dear friends, Kate has made some contact with Brad and me. Perhaps she has with some of you. If so, please share. I will do so later.


Thank you all for your Divine Service on her behalf.


I am very tired right now. Brad and I talked on the phone for hours after Kate passed. I will write more later.

She was a person who brought a lot of good to the world, by what you have written about her. Sad loss, beautiful story.

The TV going out made me think of a friend's experience with electronics the night after a friend of hers passed earlier in the day. Her cell phone was turned off and sitting on a table, but it rang once in the night waking her up, when she checked it to find it was off. She said she knew right then her friend was signaling her she was fine on the other side.

The get the red out primitive's friend must have received signals from Ganymede as well.

That's what I was thinking, and why I only rowed the one reply also mentioning the same stupid notion a the OP back over. 

I almost didn't bring this one over, but the whole cable transmission communication was just too ridiculous to pass up.

So, I just got done planting a row of pepper plants in those biodegradable pots.  I forgot to soak one of the containers before putting it into the ground, and as soon as I had finished filling the dirt in around the pot, the iron bell I have in the back yard was affected by a strong enough gust of wind to lightly cause it to sound.

Do you think the pepper was trying to send me a message that it was thirsty, or was this just a coincidence?  I immediately went to my cell phone, and checked the television for messages, but I remembered that I've never seen a pepper plant using those devices.
