The cloakrooms serve as a place for members to socialize, eat, and take naps without leaving the building. These rooms are closed to all except for Senators and Representatives, and a few of their trusted staffers, and even have their own phone numbers.

I know he's already under contempt of Congress, but do you think he's trying to get another contempt charge and/or jailtime? Cuz I can think of few ways to guarantee that better than to wiretap Congress. What's the purpose of doing that? What judge signed that warrant?

WaPo has an article today saying AP sat on the story for seven days. CIA asked them to sit on it due to security. Then (I think) they gave the all go. Turns out, according to  the story, the WH wanted them to sit on it one more day so Obama could announce it as something to bolster him personally.
