I don't know about everyone, and I am not trying to come off as a muslim sympathiser, because this can apply to any group.
In this instance, the muslim community wanted to do something together. The interlopers, came in to stit up trouble, and complained when the cops supposedly didn't do anything. It seems like all our rights seem to be clashing into each other.(Freedom of religion vs freedom of speech). I understand that we should be able to exercise those rights, but using common sense, when doing so...
Have you ever been to Dearborn, Sea? If you have, you'd see that the muzzies are everywhere. They control everything. They direct everything. They see Dearborn as their own little Sharia community.
So they're having a festival. Great. Did they have a permit for the festival? The article doesn't say. Nor does it say that the Christians who were "stirring up trouble" (to use your parlance) needed a permit or had a permit.
So we don't know the side of that story.
Be that as it may, when the stones started being thrown, who was doing the throwing? When violence was being perpetrated, who was being violent? Here's a little hint, Sea -- it wasn't the Christians. At least, the video didn't show any Christians taunting and bullying and belittling the muzzies. Looks to me they were proselytizing. And while lots of people don't like proselytizers, that's not cause to perpetrate violence on them.
If the cops were at all coherent, much less on the ball, they would've stopped the violence and arrested those throwing the stones. Instead, we see a sole cop who, most likely, was afraid of the muzzie crowd sufficiently that he chose to do NOTHING.
No, Sea, what we have here is a political cult that disguises itself in the form of a "religion." This cult is decidedly combative, violent, and refuses to assimilate in with the culture in which it finds itself. This complete lack of tolerance and empathy is what characterizes this so-called 'religion."
You can blame the Christians all you want, but at least based on the video I saw, I saw nothing in the Christians' behavior that would warrant their being pelted with stones.
I've been part of demonstrations and gatherings in which a lot of commentary is made, some of which is quite heated. But I haven't seen violence.
Islam is rife with violence.
You should study up on that at least a little bit.
