Several completely illegal clauses there, notably the requirement that you be ready 5 minutes before shift (unless you are paid for the hour before the shift starts) and of course the non-competition clause.

Most of the rest is vague (what is "attitude?") or unenforceable (good luck proving a recipe used elsewhere was one of Amy's).  The rest of the clauses are standard rule of conduct/operation that you would find in the orientation manual of any restaurant.

They should have paid $50 for a lawyer to write the thing.
