Man accused of stealing says he took store's sign literally

Quote
DERRY, N.H. —A man accused of taking items from a Derry store is trying to clear his name, saying that he was confused by the name of the store: Finders Keepers.

Quote
"I just want to clear my name and say I'm not a bad dad," he said. "I'm the best dad in the world."

Proceeds from items that are sold at Finders Keepers go to charities for children and U.S. troops.

What a moron! Stealing from a store that is meant to help children and soldiers. That is low.  :mental: :bird:

This is definitely a "What's his DU name?" moment!

Why did I not think that part?  :thatsright:   :banghead:

As much as I laugh at DU, some of the posting could foreshadow crime.

It sure sounds like something a DUmmy would do
Voting for Obama for a second term would be like the captain of the Titanic backing into the iceberg again

Yeah Yeah I remember when the crazy guys in my teen years would sneak up on a small food shack and in the night remove the window under the sign, TAKE OUT WINDOW--------- No they did not steal anything this was a prank.    Then the sign that was stolen from a local butcher shop that read " You can't beat our meat"

Say Sparky, this happend in NH, NOT Maine.    Seems the mentality from 40 years ago in the teens has crept into the adults with children today in NH.
