EagleKeeper, thank you!
« on: May 02, 2013, 06:52:44 PM »
 :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

Thank you, EagleKeeper!  I know you're modest and tried to pass on some of the gratitude to others, but it was your advice I followed.  Not to disparage the contributions others made--I'm grateful for those comments too.

My heart is bursting with joy; I can use the keyboard again!

A suggestion for those seeking computer help, and posting about it in the computer forum; once you describe the problem, hang around at the thread and get it solved in real time.  Don't just post the problem and go away, coming back later.

Thank you, EagleKeeper, thank you!

Oh, joy, bliss, elation!

Thanks Coach.

Fact is I enjoy trying to help you folkes, I always check the computer forum to see what's going on.

This was a fairly easy deal but even if it's difficult I'll take a swing at it.

Hi5, EK.

You weren't around.  I know, because I desperately looked around for you, and you were absent.

Heh, I lubs me some Chris_...In a manly sort of way.

My main claim to fame is network and server operating system (and services) but I can find a truffle every once in awhile with hardware.

I have so much old crap in my office, I could keep a Windows 95 computer running for another 20 years.

USB hubs, dial-up modems, external CD readers... you betcha.

Can I echo that sentiment?  EK was kind enough to offer me help via PM as well.   Chris' advice on the forum has also been invaluable.  Both of you are genuinely appreciated.
