Working with Sheeple.
« on: May 01, 2013, 03:25:03 PM »
Soooooooo......my department had a baby shower for two of my coworkers today.  Innocently, the topic of conversation turned to presidents, as we had been discussing autographs of people that we have.  My dept is filled with moonbats and "low information voters".  They started talking about Hillary Clinton, and how they thought she was awesome, and she was strong, and how she was going to run for president, and they couldn't wait.

I was so fed up with it all, I almost started hollering about Benghazi, about Syria, about all of her ineptitude, and then some cops jumped out of the bushes outside the window and told me to shut up.

Ok, everything happened, except the cops, I suck at bouncies.  I didn't say anything.  I work in HR.  Wouldn't have been prudent.  But damn, the stupid is strong.  I wept inside.  Then I went up to IT to hang with my Tea Party buddies, to get some of that stink off me.   :-)

You could have simply asked them "what has she done" and watched them trip all over themselves trying to figure something out.
"We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and then bid the geldings to be fruitful."

C.S. Lewis

A community may possess all the necessary moral qualifications, in so high a degree, as to be capable of self-government under the most adverse circumstances; while, on the other hand, another may be so sunk in ignorance and vice, as to be incapable of forming a conception of liberty, or of living, even when most favored by circumstances, under any other than an absolute and despotic government.

John C Calhoun, "Disquisition on Government", 1840

What. Has. Hillary. Done.

Seems like a great campaign slogan.

Vince Foster's disappearing documents; Vince Foster's death; VRWC; her known hatred for the military; Rose Law Firm; Whitewater; non-existent firefights while her SecState plane comes in for a landing; Benghazigate, shall I go on?

I hear ya, and I tell you, it went against every fiber of my body to suck it up.  There's a place and time for everything, and that wasn't either.  Unless I was itching to foul up a baby shower, at work, and possibly even my future employment, but I wasn't really feeling that either, well....not today anyway.   :)

Carlos, the IT guys here are great.  Well, most of em.  They almost all have their CHL, and go shoot at Elm Fork, off by the Centennial on NW Hwy/Luna on their lunch breaks.   I will be going with them, when I get mine.   :-)

Stood by her man....her meal ticket...her one claim to fame....her road to power...she couldn't have done it without him....unlike some conservative women we know.

Okay, I am working IT in the wrong frikkin place!  The closest I get to your situation is the black, lesbian, self-admitted socialist that owns and shoots a Glock 23 - but we're not pals enough to go shooting together.  Everyone else in IT pretty much a leftist or not interested in guns.
