Sad but true. I feel for anyone in that state right now. The stupid is strong there.

It's not just that state, it's a massive industry that exist, down to the local government, everywhere.

And, of course, there's plenty of cases where the child needs to be taken away from the parents; but there's always been laws to handle that.

So we have an agency that's above all laws of the land, including the constitution, that can come and take your children, at gun point, whenever it decides to do so.

It's up to the agency to decide what constitutes an endangerment to the child; political believes, religious believes ... already happened.

The other aspect of this is the family court system. The accusers (commonly an "anonymous" report) are not required to testify in the family court and the prosecution (CPS) is note required to disclose their evidence to be presented against the accused in advance of the court date like in the criminal court. The criminal courts are required to do this to allow the defense the ability to actually mount a defense. The Consitution requires that the accused should be allowed to face their accusers in a court of law. None of this is required in the family court where CPS has a racket of destroying families set up for their benefit.
