There is a bill floating around now that will require people who sell goods online to pay taxes to the state that the buyer lives in, at whatever rate the state requires. Of course, the Senate bill has a snazzy title, 'The Marketplace Fairness Act'

That bill is being pushed by Wal Mart and Amazon to weed out smaller retailers.

Joe Biden did the same thing with the 2012 taxes.  Donated old clothes to Goodwill and wrote it off on his taxes. 

I cannot imagine haggling at a church rummage sale, or any other charitable/community organization.  They're attempting to raise money!  Jeez.

I agree with you, Frank, I would find such an annoyingly persistent buyer not only rude and irritating, but suspicious as to whether they were casing the place.  My response would be along the lines of "I said no once, now clear out, I've got shit to do."
