My city.
I have a two-week-old baby laying in the arms of my wife here at home. I live three miles away from where this happened. I am staying put...but I want to go down there WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING. I used to live a few blocks away from where the bombs went off. I have dozens of friends down there, either running or spectating or working.

This is my city. I want to go there to help, to find friends, to defy whoever did this, because **** this shit, that's why. **** this shit.

But I'm staying put. God damn it to Hell, I'm staying put.

My daughter now lives in a world where her home town was bombed on Marathon Day, the best day of the year here.

What a brave man!

What a hero!

Only one thing is wrong.

No city, even a corrupt, filthy, blue shithole dump like Boston, belongs to an unemployable drunken deadbeat.

Anyone else think that Pitt, after becoming a Father, will become more conservative?

I don't believe he has any introspection, so no.

He may be 'conservative' with his kid but he'll sacrifice everyone else's to community property.

There's no need for drunken DUmmies, Willy, and it's not like you have any useful skills that could be used.  It's best that you stay home and out of the way.

Reminds me of adolescent angst. Not only does he have to feel it, he has to tell us he's feeling it.

The baby's biggest risk is that he'll be passed out drunk and roll over onto her.
