Yep...the current Army leadership would have his ass on a platter if he did an ounce more than was absolutely necessary to disengage and get away from the guy, and then jack themselves off over how fair they are.

What I don't understand is, that the soldier was just buying something, and wanted to go his merry way. That the guy attacked him, doesn't make much sense.
